These terms apply every time you book a court online through TennisGo.az (the "Service") without contacting the club yourself. They supplement the Terms of Service; where the two differ, these terms apply to online bookings. You accept them by ticking the box on the confirmation screen before each booking. The version you accepted and the time of acceptance are stored together with the booking.
1. Who you are dealing with
1.1. Courts belong to and are operated by independent clubs. TennisGo.az is an intermediary: it passes your reservation to the club's booking system or to club staff and shows you the result.
1.2. The club is the provider of the court. Its house rules, opening hours, dress code and payment rules apply on site in addition to these terms.
1.3. TennisGo.az does not take payments. The only payment method is payment at the club: you pay the club directly, on site, under its own rules.
2. How a booking is made
2.1. A booking is placed only after you confirm the court, date, time and player details on the confirmation screen and accept these terms.
2.2. Depending on the club, a booking is either confirmed immediately by the club's system or sent to the club as a request. A request is not a reservation until the club confirms it; the club may decline it or leave it unanswered.
2.3. The price shown before booking is the club's current rate or, where marked, an estimate. The final price is the one the club confirms and charges. TennisGo.az does not guarantee the price.
2.4. The booking is made in the name and phone number saved in your profile. The club receives them so that it can identify you and contact you about the booking.
3. Your obligations
You agree to:
- keep your first name, last name and phone number in your profile accurate;
- book only for yourself and the people who will actually play with you;
- arrive on time and use the court only during the booked hours;
- pay the club the price it charges for the booking;
- follow the club's rules and the instructions of its staff;
- keep your account to yourself — you are responsible for every booking made through it.
4. Cancellation
4.1. You may cancel a booking free of charge in "My bookings" no later than 24 hours before the booked start time. Where the club confirms bookings manually, your cancellation is sent to the club as a request; the booking stays active until the club confirms the removal.
4.2. Less than 24 hours before the start time, TennisGo.az can no longer cancel the booking for you. You must contact the club directly; the club decides whether to release the court and whether a cancellation fee applies under its own rules.
4.3. Not showing up for a booking counts as a late cancellation. The club may charge for the reserved time or refuse future bookings.
4.4. A request that the club has not yet confirmed does not hold the court. If you no longer need it, tell the club, or cancel it in "My bookings" where that option is offered.
5. Limits and prohibited behaviour
5.1. You may hold at most two upcoming active bookings at a time and may not book two courts for overlapping times.
5.2. It is prohibited to:
- book a court without intending to play, or hold a slot "just in case";
- repeatedly cancel late or not show up;
- sell, rent out or transfer a booking to someone else, or book on behalf of people who did not ask you to;
- book under a false name or phone number, or under someone else's;
- use several accounts, bots, scripts or other automation to get around the booking limits or to book in bulk;
- pressure or harass club staff about a booking, or falsely deny or dispute a booking you made (if you see a booking you did not make, report it to support@tennisgo.az promptly);
- use the booking feature in any way that disrupts the club or other players.
6. Consequences of a breach
6.1. Depending on the seriousness and repetition of a breach, TennisGo.az may warn you, cancel a booking that breaches these terms, suspend online booking for your account temporarily or permanently, or close the account.
6.2. Clubs may refuse your bookings or your presence on site under their own rules, independently of TennisGo.az.
6.3. Restrictions do not release you from amounts you owe a club for bookings already made.
7. The club's rights
7.1. The club may decline a request, or cancel a confirmed booking because of maintenance, weather, an event, a safety issue or other reasons beyond TennisGo.az's control. TennisGo.az shows the change in "My bookings" as soon as it learns of it.
7.2. Any refund or compensation for a booking cancelled by the club is a matter between you and the club.
8. What TennisGo.az is responsible for
8.1. TennisGo.az relays your booking to the club faithfully and shows you the status it has received. It does not control the club's systems, staff, courts, prices or availability data and is not liable for their errors, delays or decisions.
8.2. If TennisGo.az cannot determine whether the club received a booking, it tells you so and asks you to contact the club before booking again. Do not place a second booking for the same time "to be sure".
8.3. To the extent permitted by law, TennisGo.az is not liable for indirect losses, lost playing time or fees charged by a club.
9. Personal data
Your first name, last name and phone number are shared with the club for the booking only. Other processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. A new version applies to bookings made after it is published; you will be asked to accept it the next time you book. Bookings already made stay under the version you accepted for them.
