Terms of Service and License Agreement (TennisGo.az)

By creating an account or using TennisGo.az (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

The Service provides information and tools related to tennis/padel courts, coaches, players, match history, and analytics.

2. Account and Eligibility

2.1. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2.2. You are responsible for account security and all actions under your account.
2.3. Sharing account access is prohibited.

3. License Grant

3.1. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, lawful use.
3.2. No ownership is transferred to you.
3.3. Source code, database structure, compiled assets, UI design, text, images, trademarks, and analytics outputs are protected intellectual property.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • copy, republish, mirror, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Service content without written permission;
  • use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automation for bulk extraction unless explicitly authorized;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to bypass technical protections;
  • access admin/API/private areas without authorization;
  • upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content;
  • interfere with Service availability, integrity, or security.

5. Data and Content Ownership

5.1. Service-owned materials remain property of TennisGo.az or respective right holders.
5.2. User-submitted content remains yours, but you grant TennisGo.az the rights required to host, process, moderate, and display it for Service operation.

6. Third-Party Data

Some data may originate from external sources. TennisGo.az does not guarantee complete or error-free external data.

7. Privacy and Cookies

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are integral to these terms.

8. Enforcement

TennisGo.az may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal risk, or security reasons.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TennisGo.az is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss caused by use of the Service.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. New versions are effective upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
